rejoicing in hope, patient in tribulation, continuing steadfastly in prayer; NKJVLast night I had already resolved to begin waking up earlier for morning prayer, but this verse reconfirms the importance and value of my doing so.
Today was admittedly a failure, but I must also be patient and not become discouraged as I begin forming a habit of rising earlier, regardless of how difficult I find it in the beginning.
Now to Him who is able to keep you from stumbling,
And to present you faultless
Before the presence of His glory with exceeding joy,
To God our Savior,
Who alone is wise,
Be glory and majesty,
Dominion and power,
Both now and forever.
Amen.
